1. Simple and Easy Paella

Paella is a Spanish dish that is basically made of rice, saffron, chicken, seafood, and many more. There are several ways on how to make it but what is important is that you get the basic ingredients to make one.  You will be surprised that you can actually make delicious paella by just using a smoky sausage and shrimp. Just mix it in with beautifully cooked yellow rice and voila – you already have perfect, simple and easy paella.

2. Classic Spicy Laksa Noodles

If you are up to a hot and steamy kind of dinner, then a classic recipe for laksa noodles is perfect for you. Laksa is a Malaysian spicy noodle soup dish which consists of rice noodles with chicken, fish, or prawn. It is served either with a spicy curry or as a sour soup with tamarind. The easiest way to make one is to fry your prawns chicken or fish. Next, add your laksa paste, coconut milk, lime juice, sugar, and gently simmer. Boil your rice noodles for a few minutes and drain them. Divide them between bowls and add the delicious laksa dish you have just prepared.

3. Chicken Cutlets with Herb Butter

There are so many ways you can cook and serve chicken. One of the most elegant ways of cooking chicken that is also fast, by cooking and seasoning it with herb butter. All you need to do is cut some chicken cutlets. Dredge all these chicken cutlets in a dish that is filled with flour, salt, and pepper. Next, heat your skillet with a tablespoon of oil and place in your chickens. Cook them until they are browned, and set them aside. Next, add in some of the juices in the skillet and add some water. Wait until the liquid has been reduced by half, and add in some butter, herbs, salt, and pepper for your tasty sauce.

4. Fettuccine Alfredo

One of the simplest and elegant dishes you can ever cook is a pasta dish. And the simplest pasta dish is the Fettuccine Alfredo. Just bring in a large pot of water to boil your fettuccine for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a large pan, melt butter and cream on low heat. Add salt, pepper, and garlic, and then toss in your pasta to the sauce.
