When I think of the holidays, I think of travel far and near. And with an infant in the house travelling can get stressful. Not only do I have to pack for my 4 other children, but I need to make sure we have all the baby’s gear and necessities in order. This year, I’ve made a promise to myself, to take the stress out our holiday travels and that starts with Graco.

With three strollers in one, the Graco Modes™ Click Connect™ Travel System, helps make holiday travel easier. Featuring 10 versatile riding options, the stroller grows with baby from infant to toddler and includes the SnugRide Click Connect 35 Infant Car Seat, keeping baby safe and secure in the car or in the air.
This travel system is a welcome addition this holiday season. We’ve been struggling with the fact that my son’s old infant carrier seat is becoming increasingly too small and uncomfortable for him, yet he isn’t ready to face the world in the top portion of a shopping cart and will awake immediately from a nap if he had to be removed from the car minus his car seat. We’ve actually put a lot of thought in to what would be the better option for all our travels this season, but Graco made the choice easy with their best-selling, top rated, SnugRide® Click Connect™ 35 Car Seat, included in the Graco Mode Click Connect Travel System.
Made for infants 4-35 lbs and 32”, the Graco SnugRide Click Connect Car Seat is bigger than our current seat allowing my son to once again ride comfortably and extending the life of the seat. The SnugRide Click Connect meets or exceeds US safety standards and has been side-impact tested for occupant retention by the harness system. Overall, it’s a very sleek looking infant car seat, but more importantly it functions well. The car seat base was easy to install, as is removing the car seat from the base. The extra-large hood provides much needed and added protection from the harsh Florida sun and the handle grip was bonus I was thrilled to see.
Another thing I really appreciated was the ability to safely adjust the straps after my son is placed into the car seat. I can't tell you how difficult it had been getting my son in his seat without a bit of a fight. Now I can loosen the straps, place him in comfortably and adjust the straps after the fact, making sure everything is snug, secure, and in the proper position. And best of all, I am know longer struggling with him to get his arms in or to adjust the chest clip.
- EPS, energy absorbing foam for effective impact energy management
- LATCH-equipped stay-in-car base with on-base level indicator for hassle-free installation
- 5-point, front-adjust harness helps you get baby in and out
- Removable infant body support cushions baby
Working with the stroller, the infant seat attaches directly to stroller frame for lightweight portability. Quickly and easily attaching to the stroller, you can place the baby in his or her car seat into the stroller frame in a front or rear facing position. I was impressed on how easy the seat fit into the frame. Occasionally, you’ll have to give it a second try to make sure the seat and frame are lined up properly, but overall this was the easiest system I’ve used. And as a mom of 5, a travel system must be quick and easy when in the parking lot. I’m sure a lot of you moms know exactly what I mean.
Growing with baby, this stroller easily coverts to a traditional travel stroller, which you can also face toward you or out toward the world. Reclining flat to create an infant carriage and then converting to a forward-facing toddler seat. This system is amazingly versatile!
Parents will also appreciate the ample undercarriage space. I mean there is more than enough room for diaper bag, toys, blanket etc. perfect for a long trip around an amusement park or zoo. There are also duel trays. One for baby with a 2 cup/bottle holder, and a parent’s storage tray at the top featuring cup holders and a small closable compartment, good for change, ticket stubs, and maybe some smaller style cell phone.
The stroller also rides very smooth and is maneuverable with just one hand including features like a lockable front-swivel wheel for increased maneuverability, and a truly one-handed standing fold. Oh, and I can’t forget the adjustable canopy with UV50 protection – yes, I said UV50 protection!
Available in multiple styles and colors you will not be disappointed with this multifunctional travel system only from Graco.
