K'NEX the Family Guy Series

In my day it was the Simpsons that ruled, but there is a new family in town and K'NEX is celebrating them in an exciting new way! Introducing the K'NEX Family Guy series of building Sets, and figures.

Building Sets

The buildable Family Guy figures are sold in sets of two, which include Brian and Meg: Peter and Chris; Stewie and Lois. Each figure stands about 1.5 to 2 inches and have interchangable parts. You can build them as they should be or toss Peter's head on Lois's body. They're yours to collect, build and rearrange as you see fit. Not only are they for fun, but they would make a perfect collectable gift for the older Family Guy fan.

K'NEX Sets

Collect all 3 packs, each with two figures, for the SRP of $9.99.  Available at Toys R Us, and

Adding to the fun of the buildable figures are the Family Guy building sets including, Stewie and Time Machine and Peter and the Station Wagon. We got the chance to checkout Stewie and the Time Machine, composed mostly of building blocks with a few classic K'NEX rods and connectors to move the door open and closed. The directions were pretty easy to follow, but we did have some trouble getting the blocks to stay latched together.

Stewie & Time Machine K'NEX Sets

Once complete we created a replica time machine, including Buildable Stewie sporting his PJ's. I have to admit, as a closet Family Guy fan I really enjoyed this set and how adorable Stewie was in his powder blue jammies!

I like the Family Guy show. I think these would be more appropriate for an adult fan of Family Guy due to the nature of the show.
