Made With Love Ceramic Imprints; Immortalize Babies First Steps (Review & Giveaway)

Made with Love #Giveaway

It all goes by too fast. One minute you’re tending to a wobbly headed newborn and in a blink of an eye they’ve grown into little people. It’s easy to forget just how small they were and the day to day memories. Typically, all we have to look back on are photographs and the occasionally inky foot print. I’ve tried to keep at least one outfit and a pair of shoe from each of my children, along with any special mementos we acquired along the way, so one day we can look back on them together.

Mothers know how important the little keepsakes can be and that’s why it’s no surprise that two mompreneurs, and sisters, created a unique and beautiful keepsake product. Made With Love Ceramic Imprints, immortalizes babies first steps in clay, ribbons and life-size 3-D imprint of fingers, toes and are completely customizable by you, the parents! Our newest addition is our last and that fact has hit a little harder than I expected. I want to cherish every minute, every second of baby time and was thrilled to have the opportunity to preserve my little guy’s tiny prints forever.

Made With Love Review, Giveaway and Coupon Code!

Once a business limited to a keepsake event at California stores or hospitals, where the two sisters live. Made with Love Ceramic Imprints has grown beyond their California roots and have launched an online boutique, so that families anywhere, anytime, can use this amazing service. The process is really quite unique and one I wish was available to me when my older children were babies.

Baby keepsakes

You start by choosing your ceramic keepsake; there are many to choose from like ornaments, double print plaques etc. From there you move on to customizing your keepsake; color, shape, design, ribbon choice, all making your keepsake as unique as your child.

With your first order you are required to purchase an imprint kit. Once your child(ren)’s imprints are on file, the company will keep your child(ren)’s impression kit in its archives so if you or your family want to order other keepsakes, you won’t need to pay for an additional kit. The handprint kit is mailed off immediately upon order, in a prepaid box for return shipping. The molding clay is in a vacuum sealed bag, keeping it fresh and it's reusable. Meaning if you mess up the first time, simply knead the dough and start over. And if you decided you'd rather try for the print another day, simply store your "dough" in a tightly sealed bag - you do not want it to dry out at any point.

When you’ve caught your impression, you’ll follow the direction provided in the package for sending your child’s prints back to the boutique. It’s a simple as securing them carefully in a Ziploc bagging and sending it back via the USPS. Since these are unique and handcrafted creations, please note, typically orders take 7-8 weeks to ship.

Approaching my sons 3 month “birthday” I was so grateful to receive our finished product in the mail. It is everything I hoped for and has already made me a little sentimental seeing how much my little peanut had already grown. The imprints were taking at around 1 month old when he was just finally surpassing his 4 pound birth weight. He has come a long way the past few months, growing into a strong healthy 9 pound boy. And I will be forever grateful to have this keepsake to look back upon.

This is truly a keepsake that will last a lifetime! The fact that these unique creations are so customizable really speaks volumes. We adore our baseball design that fits perfectly into his nursery theme. I will admit, however, it's easy to get caught up with all the little extras offered and your checkout price can quickly add up. But I promise you will not be disappointed in the quality. They are worth every cent, not only in their handcrafted beauty, but in the memories each one holds within.

Buy It: Find the perfect ceramic design to immortalize your little ones prints (or maybe your furry pals paws!) at www.madewithloveimprints.com Prices vary by styles and selections. Save 15% off your order with promo code BlogLove15 at checkout. Offer expires 7/31/14

Win It: One lucky reader will get to create their own special ornament keepsake with a $50 gift code covering the cost of a first time impression kit and ornament (free shipping included). The winner may also apply the gift code toward a more expensive keepsake of choice.
