In a perfect world my kids would get all their vitamins and minerals straight from their plates. Unfortunately, however, my kids are picky eaters and my oldest son has never been fond of dairy products. Since I myself have struggled with a few vitamin deficiencies, it’s important for me to be proactive with my children. In fact, they’ve each taking a daily multi-vitamin since they were about a year old with our doctor’s recommendation.

While my vitamins as a child were prescribed straight from the doctor, things sure have changed. The shelves at the local market are packed with so many vitamin choices it can make your head spin. For my family I wanted to find a vitamin that would appeal to each of my children while being naturally sourced. It didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me to be giving my children a vitamin infused with artificial flavors and colors.
L'il Critters Gummy Vites, are a complete multi-vitamin that serve the needs of my children. From their flavorful tastes and fun gummy bear shapes to their blend of essential vitamins and minerals, they're everything we were looking for.
"Lil Critters provide important nutrients for kids including, vitamins A, B, C, D and E"
Winning the 2012 Chefs Best taste award. L'il Critters Gummy Vites combine naturally sourced cherry, strawberry, tropical punch, orange, lemon and white grape flavors to create a gluten free taste that appeals to kids young and old. L'il Critters are the only vitamins that my thirteen year old doesn’t mind taking. And he actually enjoys their flavor just as much as my six year old.

While my children are pretty set in their vitamin routine and usually ask for them within a hour of waking up in the morning. Come back-to-school time they know that breakfast will be served with a vitamin on the side. School day mornings can get pretty crazy when you have to have four kids out and to the bus stop by 6am! It’s on these days that I feel a vitamin routine is most important to their overall health. As much as it pains me to admit it, more than once a week breakfast is served on-the-go, if they’ll even eat it at all – at 5am their not happy or hungry. When they aren’t eating a balanced meal in the morning I feel better inside knowing at least their growing bodies are getting some support with their vitamins.
"L'il Critter Gummy Vites and L'il Critter Gummy Vite Sours are a great alternative to chewable tablets and are made in the U.S.A"
It's not easy finding anything my kids agree upon, so it's nice to at least have a supplement that they all enjoy and I feel good about. Do you or your children take a supplement such as a daily multi-vitamin? Do they have a preference between chewables and gummies?
