Chili Pizza #Recipe

Chili Pizza #Recipe

Pizza is one of those foods that the possibilities are just never ending with. A few weeks ago I made my chicken club pizza for dinner, when my husband suggested to me that I try something just a tad spicier.... And with that the "chili" pizza was born.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Italian cheese-flavored pizza crust (such as Boboli)
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie or roasted skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2/3 cup diced tomatoes, zesty chili style
  • 3/4 cup Kraft shredded 3 cheddar cheese blend, with a touch of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup tomato sauce – Del Monte garlic sauce may be used to make this dish fast
Diections:

Preheat oven to 450°

Place crust on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 3 minutes. Remove from oven; spread tomato sauce over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border

Top with chicken. Sprinkle diced tomato, cheese, and green onions evenly over chicken. Bake at 450° for 9 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut and serve.

Fantastic - and I love a lot of stuff on a 'za. I'll not use the chicken though - only on half - because I don't eat meat but hubby does.

This is great! I have used my chili and added pasta to it before just to change it up or with doritos to make a dip but didn't think of doing pizza. Love this!
