The weather is quite beautiful here. No, I am not bragging. I just know a lot of you are waiting for your own warm weather to swoop in. And with what 2 weeks until spring, that beautiful weather for all is literally right around the corner. So this week I wanted to do something different, more of an outdoor recipe, something to celebrate that cold snowy weather moving on and the days of bright warm sun shine and outdoor cooking moving in.

Three Cheese Recipes

I’ve found the possibilities with Kraft Fresh Takes to be unlimited.  Kraft Fresh Take comes in many varieties, but I was given the Kraft Fresh Take variety of Southwest Three Cheese to “create” with.  At first it took some out of the box thinking while trying to decide what I would create. Last week it was my Kraft Fresh Take Challenge card that made my choice clear, and at first, the same was true with this week’s challenge card.

I did originally create an oven baked meal, but throughout the weeks I’ve been playing around with Kraft Fresh Takes just to see what else I could come up with, for quick week night meals for the family. And I came up with something everyone just loved! It was so good I had to share, even if I veered off course a bit – I’m good at that ;)

Southwest Three Cheese Stuffed Burgers with a Southwest Side Salad. The perfect meal for those warmer days to come!

Most of the flavor comes right from the Kraft Seasoned Breadcrumbs leaving less work for me and everyone loves them.  Instead of spending my time in the kitchen preparing burgers, I was able to whip these up in all but 10 minutes and head outside with the family and enjoy the weather while my burgers cooked.

They come together so nicely, they look (and taste) as if they took a lot of prep work, but you and I now know better. Thanks Kraft Fresh Take!

I really love the idea of "stuffing" the cheese into the burgers - so many different foods I can use this technique with. Thanks!
