If it contains apples it’s usually a big hit with my kids. These Apple Crisp are not only an absolute favorite in my home, but are incredibly easy to make.
What you need:
- 2 cans apple pie filling
- 1 ½ cup yellow cake mix
- 5 tablespoons butter, cut up
- 2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
Grease your slow cooker with some butter and pour in apple pie filling.
Mix your dry cake mix with the butter until crumbly, pour on top of filling and cover with walnuts.
Cover your slow cooker; cook on low 2.5 hours.
Serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream for a really yummy treat!
