Get Organized with ClosetMaid - Kitchen Pantry Review & Give Away

Organization has never been my strong suit. That’s why over the years I’ve found ClosetMaid products a welcome addition to my home. And this is my main mission this year, get organized and reclaim my home. My one issue however was where do I start? 

I was feeling like every room in my home was an unorganized disaster. And then it happened (or happened again for the millionth time.) I went to take a pan out to start dinner and every other pan fell out of the cabinet. I quickly grabbed the pan I needed, scooped the other pans back in cabinet, and shut the cabinet door as fast as I could. I guess it was clear, my main problem starts in the kitchen. I have no pantry and limited cabinet space, with food for a family of six to store and more pots & pans then you can imagine. What else is one to do then “stuff and run?” 

Knowing all the solutions ClosetMaid has already brought to my home and closets, I’m not sure why I never checked to see if they could offer me a simple solution for added kitchen storage – I think I was secretly just waiting and hoping my husband would finally build me a pantry. Thanks to Closetmaid I was able to let my husband off the hook and still add some extra cabinet space in the kitchen with the ClosetMaid Kitchen Pantry.

Available in White, Black, Espressos and Alder the ClosetMaid Kitchen Pantry Cabinet was just what I had been looking for. A functional yet, sleek looking free standing pantry/storage cabinet that would allow me to store some of our typical pantry items, canned goods, snacks, pastas etc. freeing up space in my cabinet and making more room for storage of my pots, pans, dishware and more.

My husband didn’t get completely out of the whole pantry deal as it was his job to at least set this one up – it’s a little heavy. Instructions were clear only parts were not letter labeled as they were on the instructions; it was still easy to tell which piece was which. A few hinges, screws and nails and we were on our way to a more organized kitchen! Setup requires a screwdriver and hammer and included hex key.

It’s sturdy and functions properly. I couldn’t be happier. And when we get around to finally redoing the kitchen, this unit will make the perfect addition to our laundry room for linens and such – I could also see it working well for bathroom storage.
