Distinctive Dips and Salsa Perfect for Super Bowl Sunday #SB47 #Recipes

Dip recipes

Aegean Bruschetta

  • ½ red bell pepper, seeded and quartered
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, seeded and quartered
  • ¼ red onion, quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup mixed pitted olives
  • 1 tsp. fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat feta cheese crumbles
Aegean Bruchetta "Dip" Recipe

Place peppers, onion, garlic, olives, oregano and thyme in the base of *Quick Chef™ Pro

System fitted with the blade attachment. Turn handle to process until coarsely
chopped.

In *Chef Series™ 11"/28 cm Fry Pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook pepper mixture 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally with Saucy Silicone Spatula until vegetables are tender.

Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with feta cheese – I left off the feta because we aren’t big fans.

*Food processor and sauté pan can be used as replacements.

Orchard Salsa

  • 3 small apples, cored and quartered
  • ½ red pepper, seeded and quartered
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • ½ tbsp. Simple Indulgence™
  • Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
  • 3 limes, juiced using Lemon Lime Press - bottled lime juice works as well
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • salt and pepper
Salsa Recipes, Orachard Salsa

Place all ingredients in base of *Quick Chef™ Pro System fitted with blade attachment. Turn handle to process until coarsely chopped. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Serve.

Thank you to Tupperware for allowing me to adapt and feature these tasty dips found in their Amazing Appetizers Cookbook. They were a big hit here.

Yum these both look delicious but Im anxious to try the second one with the fruit in it. I often use that kind of salsa as a side dish for some foods. Thanks so much for the pictures and recipes.
