Holiday Games for Girls - Hello Kitty Picnic 3DS & Cooking Mama for Wii

My daughter has become quite the little gamer, which isn’t surprising considering the family she is in. This year we wanted to search for the best games this holiday season for girls – sometimes I don’t think there is enough for the younger (female) gamers out there.

Hello Kitty Picnic with Sanrio Friends

Join Hello Kitty and Sanrio Friends as they prepare for the perfect picnic party. Play 10 mini-games including Hidden Object, along. Invite your friends to join the fun in a variety of multiplayer modes as you play with your favorite Spot the Difference, and Picnic Blanket Checkers as you collect goodies for the picnic. Explore and decorate environments including Hello Kitty's bedroom, kitchen, and more.
Along the way collect apples that earn you special items to customize Hello Kitty’s outfit and decorate. Directly interact with Hello Kitty using the 3DS touch screen while the game guides you and your friends through a fun filled adventure.

Hello Kitty Picnic with Sanrio Friends for Nintendo 3DS is rated E for Everyone. This would make a great gift or stocking stuffer this holiday season. Keeping kids entertained in “family friendly” play at home or on the go on their 3DS. Available at retailers everywhere for $29.99, Hello Kitty Picnic was released November 2nd, 2012 by Majesco

The Cooking Mama series has been a favorite and one of the games most played by my daughter this year. Well this holiday season you can take home these classic games on the Cooking Mama Games 2 pack for Wii.

Put your skills to the test and whip up some kitchen fun in Cooking Mama Cook Off as you go head-to-head against other chefs in 2 player competition; chef against chef designed specifically for the Wii home Video console.

Help Mama step-by-step in creating international dishes from 10 different nation and watch as the foods actually change in appearance based on your actions! You feel as if you’re really in the kitchen. Maybe if I play this game a little more, my cooking skills will improve in real life – or at least my husband can hope ;)

In the second installment Cooking Mama is back and still cooking! Cooking Mama World Kitchen brings a lot more to the table with this sequel for the Wii, including all new 3D graphics, new recipes, comedic kitchen mini-games, new gameplay modes, 50 all new recipes and 3 game play modes. There is also a bit of comic relief snuck in.

Cooking Mama: Cooking Games 2 pack by Majesto, is rated E for everyone and available for the Wii console for about $29.99
