If you’re a reader of mine you probably know one of my biggest complaints is my gross carpeting. It seems like I am wishing out loud for hardwoods more often than not.  Between the dogs and the kids, keeping the carpets clean is a battle I can’t win. Setting up a cleaning with Stanley Steemer was simple and I was able to schedule right online. I asked for a cleaning, of course, with protection to try and make it easier to clean the mud from the dogs paws in the future, and of course a deodorizing for the pet mess. 

They arrived on Saturday in a 4 hour window and got straight to work. We had to remove any electronics and knick knacks but they took care of moving everything else. The worker did warn me that with my carpets being so bad, he might not be able to get everything out, which I under stood completely. It only took about 15 minutes for the living room and hall to be complete and Stanley Steemer to be on their way.

Much better, right! There was one spot they couldn’t remove, but overall it looked 100% better. After it dried it looked a little more dingy, but with how messy the rug was I thought it looked beautiful compared with the before. Oh, and the house smelled great. My husband thought I was crazy because I actually got down on my hands and knees to smell the carpet - something I wouldn't have dared do before.
