As much as I try, I myself am not often a healthy eater especially when it comes to lunch time options. With all my children in school now, I find it a hassle to whip something up solely for myself and leave it to my husband to drop off something quick for me to eat, while on his own lunch break. I’m sure it’s also no big surprise to other bloggers that right in front of my computer is where I typically enjoy my lunch, again not leaving room for the most healthy of options, but Subway is turning that all around.

And let me state as much as I try to do healthy for the children it is very hard for me and healthy to make a match.
