Can you believe there is just a little over two months to Christmas! I say every year that I am going to get a head start, yet I rarely do. The one thing I am pretty good with (after a few disastrous years) is getting my holiday cards in order.
Since I had my children, we like most families, enjoy sending out photo Christmas cards. This means some time in the first two weeks of November I have to try and get that perfect shot. Have you ever tried to get the perfect photo featuring four kids? Perfect is something we have yet to achieve so maybe that was a bad choice or words. What we actually try for is a photo with at least everyone facing in the same direction. Since the perfect photo is hard to come by, I like to find the perfect holiday card. Last year we ordered are cards through Shutterfly. They have some beautiful holiday cards in a wide variety of styles. My cards were super simple to create, arrived quickly, and looked great.
I just finished browsing their selections for this year and am thinking of going with the "Warmest Wishes" style Christmas Card.
Maybe with this style I can manage the perfect individual shots, maybe!
Of course I have a few backups in mind as well. It will really depend on how many good shots of the kids I can get. If I get more than one then I may opt for a card that displays multiple pictures, as I did last year. As always as soon as we order I will share with my choice and finalized card with you all.
