Lately it seems as if the whole world is on a diet. And with
so many different programs out there how do you choose the best one for you?
Besides many diet options, there are various workout plans as well. From the
get up and get going programs, to fitness equipment that promises to melt away
the pounds.

There really is no wrong way to go about getting healthy and
working out, in my opinion, as long as you are committing to the improvement
and putting forth the time; I say have fun with it. Just be careful and make an
informed decision. It's easy to get overwhelmed with all the options put forth
to you, so I suggest doing your homework first. Are you looking to lose a significant amount
of weight, or just looking to tone up overall? If you buy that exercise bike
are you actually going to use it or will it collect clothes? We know ourselves
the best. There is no easy way to lose weight, so try to find the program or
equipment you’re most likely to stick with.
With the kids back in school it's really time for me to
start getting motivated again. I need to decide what the best plan of action is
going to be, to regain some muscle tone lost this summer and just get in better
shape all around. I’m more motivated by fun and up beat DVD type workouts, over
taking to the garage and trying to sweat away the pounds on my husband’s weight
bench – then again you would never catch him dancing around the living room to
a workout routine. Like I said, everyone has something likely to motivate them more.
Do you exercise? What is your motivation?

I just try and eat right and get in some walking at least three time per week.
Pilates is my exercise
I enjoy jogging.
I try to walk, but with my health it's really hard sometimes, seems like I suffer so much more the more I try to do.
