Black Ops Ninja Costume - New for 2012

This year just flew by! I can’t believe we are already preparing for Halloween. With four kids, I have to get an early start. Fighting with them last minute in the costume store is not a battle I ever want to fight again. With my youngest two children covered for costumes, it was time to get to work on my oldest two – the most indecisive of the bunch.

Once again, I really wanted to do a family theme, but no one was willing to play along. In fact, I love my kids, but I am starting to think they aren’t very imaginative. Year after year they pick the same costumes. I do suppose the day really is about them having fun, so who am I to complain.

My middle son decided, like last year, he wanted to be a Ninja. I admit, as happy as I was he made a decision, I was disappointed to learn it was the same one he had made the year before. I went on a search for yet another ninja suit. It wasn’t until I came across the Special Ops Ninja, from Wholesale Halloween Costumes, that I became excited again. The costume was a mixture of his two favorites, black ops and ninjas.

This was a pretty awesome looking costume in my opinion, and I was excited to see him venture off from the typical karate costume.

The child’s Special Ops Ninja costume included a top with attached hood, pants, mask, and belt, all new for 2012. With three boys you can bet we also have plenty of “ninja weapons” lying about to give the costume the finishing touches.

I am just hoping the costume makes it, with all its pieces in tacked, until Halloween. Not because it’s poorly made. I was very happy with the fabric weight and quality, but because he has been trying it on daily and having Ninja wars. If you want to know what a ninja war entails, go ask a ninja, because I have yet to figure it out, but he seems to have fun acting silly and sneaking around as ninjas do best!

Black ops and ninjas? What more could you want in a costume? He looks fierce! :)
