Enjoy The Summer With Frito-Lays - Giveaway

I'm not huge on the summer heat, but if had to pick one thing about summer I love it's outdoor eating and barbeque's. And if there was one food that I think compliments the outdoors and a good barbecue the best, it would of course be chips! Thanks to Frito-lay this past weekend we got to enjoy some great chips along with some great barbeque.

Frito-lay has all the chips my family loves, from salsa and Tostitos tortilla chips to Ruffles and sour cream. Many times we find ourselves pairing are favorite chips with our meals. My oldest son and husband love some classic potato chips with their lunch meats, I love Tortilla chips with my chili and everyone loves when I add crushed chips to my casseroles! Since the kids are now home for the summer, you would have thought they won the lottery when a big box of all our favorite chips arrived at the door.

• Tostitos tortilla chips – The tortilla chip that brings the party and keeps you scooping up all those the tasty salsas, dips and good times!

Hummus Oasis Dip

Prep Time 10 minutes

Cook Time 10 minutes

Servings 20

Ingredients:

2 cups Sabra® Chipotle or Supremely Spicy Hummus, divided
2 cups jumbo lump crab meat, picked, divided or Dungeness
1 ¼ cups Sabra® Spicy Guacamole, divided
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
½ bottle Zing Zang® Bloody Mary Mix
4 oz. premium vodka, chilled (optional)
Variety of SunChips®

Directions:

1) In a small mixing bowl, whisk lemon juice, olive oil and salt together
2) Toss in cilantro and hold for immediate use
3) In a drink shaker, combine bloody Mary mix, ice and premium vodka at
service
4) Layer the following in order clear straight sided dish
a. hummus
b. jumbo lump crab meat
c. guacamole
d. chopped cilantro
5) Pour the Bloody Mary around the salad creating a “moat”
6) Serve immediately with SunChips®
