Bacon Chicken Rollups

Bacon chicken

What you need:
thin sliced chicken breast
sliced bacon
garlic powder
chili powder
1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle both sides of chicken breast with garlic powder and chili powder, roll the cutlet up and wrap with a slice of bacon. Next roll the wrapped chicken breast in brown sugar and place in a shallow, greased, baking dish. I like to add a strip of bacon over the top while it bakes and sprinkle a little extra brown sugar over the top.

Bacon chicken in the oven

Bake at 400 for about 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. This is one of my favorite dishes to make in the Nuwave Oven as well!

That made me so hungry! By looking at the pic, I would think it would be a complicated recipe but it actually looks pretty simple.

This looks yummy! I can't wait to try it! When i was growing up my mom made bacon hot dogs, the hot dogs were split and cheddar cheese was added then the bacon and topped with ketchup and baked in the oven. This looks like it would be similar to that. Thanks for the receipe.
