What you need:
thin sliced chicken breast
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle both sides of chicken breast with garlic powder and chili powder, roll the cutlet up and wrap with a slice of bacon. Next roll the wrapped chicken breast in brown sugar and place in a shallow, greased, baking dish. I like to add a strip of bacon over the top while it bakes and sprinkle a little extra brown sugar over the top.
Bake at 400 for about 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. This is one of my favorite dishes to make in the Nuwave Oven as well!
