O gosh what wouldn't I make?! I would use it for zucchini chips, to slice onions for any dish, everything really! :)
I'd use it for a cucumber salad.
I would use it for veggie dishes!
I have their can opener and looove it. So easy to use.
My favorite OXO product is their peeler. I use it all the time and it works better than other peelers I've tried.

With the warm weather coming, I'd make a delicious Cucumber salad and use the slicer to slice the cucumbers nice and uniform! Yeah!

I made a potato casserole for Easter that would have been so much easier with this Mandoline. That's the first thing I'd make.
