There are many topping possibilities with this recipe. This is a simple version that my kids like best.
What
you need:
1 Pizza
Crust - ex: Pillsbury refrigerated crust
Ricotta
Cheese
2 Cups Shredded
Mozzarella
Basil
2
cloves of garlic, diced
½
onion, diced
1 tsp
olive oil
Brush
crust with olive oil and top with Ricotta. Spread basil, garlic cloves and onion evenly over the entire pizza and top
with Mozzarella. This is where you can add any additional topping of your
choice, I love to add green peppers to mine.
Bake
at 400 for 10-12 minutes until crust is a golden brown. Optional serve with
garlic powder lightly sprinkled over the top.

I love making white pizza too, especially on the grill. Sometimes I add thinly sliced zucchini as well...so good!

This looks so yummy. It is my husbands favorite (white pizza that is). I make it at home and find I can use the Ricotta cheese for Ricotta lemon-raspberry pancakes (like Cheesecake factory does).
