JumpSport iBounce Trampoline Review & Giveaway

As most of you know I’m big on getting my kids up and moving. I grew up with video games and have no real issue with my kids taking a little time out of the day to sit down and play a game. However, with the amount of technology today, I’m slowly turning against it. Kids today have so much available to them which requires minimal to no effort, how are we as parent supposed to get them motivated again? Well, JumpSport answered my call for help!

The brand new iBounce™ Kids Trampoline from JumpSport® is a high-quality indoor trampoline that comes with a video adventure featuring the spunky RompyRoo™ cartoon character. Kids hop along with RompyRoo as they learn basic movement skills and counting concepts.  The iBounce has been more than a welcome addition to my home, not only does it get my daughter up, moving and exercising, but, it gives her that dose of technology she requires!

The iBounce arrived in a medium size box, requiring assembly. My daughter was in such a rush to try it out  that I decided not to wait for my husband and assemble it myself. I always say if I can assemble something,  ANYONE can!

I was a bit worried at first, but, assembly went rather smooth. I will say attaching the bungee cords required some strength and finesse, but overall, I was very pleased.

What is unique about the iBounce is that it provides a great way for your child to engage in exercise. Equipped with a follow along DVD, you can also attach your iPad, kindle, and more to the iBounce and download the follow along routine. This is what really made my daughter fall in love with the product. Of course a trampoline of any type provides tons of fun for kids, but, the follow along video providing different movements for your child to learn, supporting coordination, balance and endurance, really drew my daughter in.

Unfortunately, my tablet did not support the download, but we had the included DVD as a back up plan. After a few minutes of “free” jumping I introduced my daughter to the follow along video. Let me tell you, we have had the iBounce set up for a few days and EVERY morning the first thing my daughter asks for is the video. She actually asks "exercise, please Mommy." This makes me beyond happy! Finally a product my child enjoys 100% that doesn't leave her sitting on the couch for a hour.

Since this product can be so interactive I thought I would share with you a video of her in action!

I mentioned earlier that you can download the iBounce app and attach your iPad. There is additional hardware include with the trampoline which creates a mount for your iPad. I did not attach the holder since my tablet was not compatible, but wanted to make mention of it. Also, I want to mention the amount of bounce. I know when I think about indoor trampolines I think minimal bounce. This is not the case with the iBounce. On the iBounce my daughter can really catch some air! I was truly amazed at the amount of bouncing action the iBounce provides.

The iBounce features:
Construction: Durable steel frame
Height of handle: 34 inches from the floor
Product weight: 13.5 lbs
Strong, long lasting Elastic Cords
User weight limit: 80 lbs
Recommended for ages 2-5

iBounce is a great way for you kids to burn off that excess energy and feel good, especially on a rainy day. Since Spring has officially sprung here in S. Florida, JumpSport has some amazing outdoor trampolines and just like the iBounce, they have been created with your child's safety in mind. If your interested in learning more about their outdoor models visit Jumpsport.com or  just stay tuned! ;-)
