I remember like it was yesterday, my first computer and my first week of Internet access. What a crazy addition it had become. One thing that hasn't changed over the years is my love of online games. I have a extra special love for puzzle games and can easily find myself immersed in them for hours. Whenever I can't sleep I head online for some quiet time, an a few games.
When I first ventured into online game play, I found a lot of sites geared toward children and what I found for adults always had intermissions which would last for at least 5 minutes - very frustrating when your really getting into a game. Of course my kids have grown with the Internet and have a great love for online games, but I want to play games too! Over time the world wide Internet has really branched into providing adults with fun and stimulating game play as well. One of the newer sites I have come across is I-play.
I-Play is a leading multi-platform casual games site, delivering global, integrated casual game solutions to wherever people play. I-Play offers a huge selection of games for every type of gamer. As I mentioned I love puzzle games, on I-Play I can quickly search by category - in my case I chose Puzzle game - then I could browse through lists of either downloadable games, or online games. I-play then gives me the option of playing the game for free and if it's something I find myself really interested in, for a small free I can purchase the full version of the game.
Hexus is one of my favorite games as it's a simple puzzle game of strategy that I just find myself addicted to. My husband is also a huge gamer online and off, but when it comes to online play he prefers games of strategy or casino like fun. I had him take a look around I-Play to get his opinion as well. I had to laugh when I found him deep in a game of Plants & Zombies - who would have thought!
I-Play offers fun for the whole family, but really caters to adult players. However, as I browsed around I didn't find anything I would be upset seeing one of my children playing and there are plenty of free games as well!
Check out I-Play online and follow along with the fun on Facebook and Twitter.
Win It: Check out I-Play and find your favorite game because I-Play would like to offer one lucky reader a I-Play game of their choice!
