Caramel Eight O'clock Coffee #Recipe

It is no secret that I just can't start my day without a cup of coffee. It was about 10 years ago, that someone gifted us a coffee grinder and I purchased my first bag of Eight O'clock Coffee. Many years later it is still my go-to brand, only now I purchase it already ground. In fact it is the only brand of coffee in which I will drink an original blend.

Eight O'clock Coffees original blend is a delicious blend of 100% Arabica Coffee beans at a medium roast. A smooth full-bodied blend with a complex finish. 

Eight O'clock coffee has a little something for all coffee lovers, whether you prefer a decaffeinated blend or a rich flavorful blend like hazelnut or mocha.

I love to treat myself with coffee beverage blends like frozen fraps or a mocha blast. Eight O'Clock coffee recently introduced me to a wonderful beverage recipe that I love and would like to share with you.

Caramel O’Clock Coffee


1 Cup hot brewed Eight  O’Clock Original Coffee
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Tbsp Caramel Syrup
Whipped  Cream
Chocolate Toffees, chopped into small pieces

Drizzle  half of caramel syrup into the bottom of mug. Pour coffee. Add milk. Add  whipped cream. Drizzle remaining caramel syrup over whipped cream. Garnish  with chocolate toffees.

This is the perfect recipe for curling up with a good book or with a little R&R this Mother's Day. I didn't add the Toffee as it's not a favorite of mine. You can adjust this recipe to include more or less of something and it's still just as de-lish!
