Kickin Chicken Chili #Recipe

Chicken Chili Recipes

What You Need:
2 cans Chicken Broth
2 cans Cannellini Beans ( rinsed and drained)
1 can Chili Beans ( drained)
1/2 a Yellow Onion - chopped
5 Green Onions - chopped
4  JalapenoPeppers
1 1/2 cup shredded chicken
2 tbsp McCormick Chili Seasoning
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 garlic clove minced

Directions: 
Add 1 cup water and 2 cans of chicken broth to large pot. Add  yellow onion, chopped green onions, garlic, chili powder, chili seasoning and ground cumin – stir.

In blender add ¼ cup water, 1 can Cannellini Beans and Jalapeno Peppers ( with seeds removed) blend on the pulse setting for 40 seconds. Add paste like mixture to pot, add remaining cans of beans (drained) and shredded chicken. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about an hour. Serve over rice if desired.
