Birthday Express Review & Giveaway

I don’t know about your children but my kids love a themed birthday. I had a lot of fun when they were really small picking out the theme of MY choice and decorating. However, as they got older, finding some of the character themes they asked for became increasingly difficult. This is when I first came across Birthday Express and it’s been nothing but love ever since.
