- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Teaspoons Taco Seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 ounces steak strips
- 1 1/2 cups sliced green and red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- whole-grain tortillas
- 1/4 cup water
- sour cream
- Salsa
Directions:In a skillet, saute olive oil, 1 tsp taco seasoning, and garlic for 1 minute over medium heat. Add steak strips and cook about 5 minutes. Add pepper and onion, additional tsp of taco seasoning and water.. cook for another 10 minutes.
Place mixture in tortillas and fold. Add Salsa and Sour cream to taste.
