What You Need:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast ( I use two packages = about 8 breasts)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Margarine
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 large lemon
- 1 large lime
Directions:
Heat skillet over medium-high heat & add Margarine. Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Add chicken to skillet and brown. Cut lemon and lime in half ( or juice) Once the chicken is browned squeeze or pour lemon/lime juice over chicken in skillet add Onion & Garlic. Cook through until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve with your choice of sides, I like fresh green beans sauteed in a garlic & olive oil.

This looks pretty good-- and easy for me to make
You are such an awesome cook! Your recipes rock! I am going to have to try this one for sure. I love lemon on my chicken. It is a great tenderizer, but I have never tried lime yet. I love that your recipes include ingredients that most people already have in their stash. :)
