With January almost over I would love to know how those of you whom made a New Years Resolution to eat healthy and or diet are doing? I know it's taken me a great deal of motivation to stick with the changes I wanted to make for the New Year.

Now I have to admit, I have always been a fried foods girl and am in love with Gorton's butterfly shrimp, deep fried in hot oil..MMM!  However, since we have committed to eating healthier this year as well, I had given them up, never thinking about Gorton's grilled products including shrimp!

I don't know why I never gave grilled shimp a try before, but with Gorton's Grilled Shimp at just  110 calories and 1.5g of fat per serving, surely they were worth a shot. Once again, I loved them! And that's not the only grilled product Gorton's has on the shelves for those of you looking for more low cal, low fat options. Unfortunately for me - or maybe it's fortunate for me, hmm.. I am the only one who will eat any fish in my house besides shrimp. I guess it's the Mom in me who stays clear of buying things more then one of us will eat but I have to say I am dying to try the garlic butter grilled fillets.
