I mentioned before that we are finally done with Halloween - well we are at least done finding costumes for the kids. My middle son was being a real pain and couldn't decide what he wanted to be. I gave him one last shot and introduced him to the costumes at

Child Costumes carries a large selection of children, teen and infant costumes, is an assortment of genres. After much debate and probably an hour of browsing my son decided to go with a Thor costume.

So let's see. I have a Pirate, Ninja, Officer and a Super Hero - obviously we will have no theme going on this year. Even without the theme I was still happy everyone was able to come to a decision, as to what they wanted to be, fairly early in the season.

The child's Thor costume comes with a polyester muscle suit, detachable cape and plastic headpiece. The muscle suit is a one piece with Velcro fasteners. The cape is attached with Velcro as well, but it's hidden rather well compared to similar costumes. The cape looks like it's permanently attached. Actually I thought it was, and as silly as I feel it took us a few minutes to figure out that it wasn't.

The headpiece was a little mis-shapen from the packaging. The good thing was it was a heavier plastic and I was able to shape it back into place without cracking or breaking it. He wasn't into having his photo taken and the headpiece isn't on his head the proper way. Now all I have to do is get him a hammer. After all who is Thor without the hammer.
