Bialetti Cookware Review and Giveaway

I have a slightly embarrassing confession. I have had the same set of cookware for just about 12 years. What would be even more embarrassing is, if I showed you a photo of what it now looks like. Truth be told it was a good set though for the time and we have yet to find anything worthy in both price and quality. We often will pick up a piece from a set to test the quality before purchasing the full line. However we never found anything that met our expectations.

Bialetti recently sent me a Aeternum saute pan for review. Bialetti is an Italian grown line of cookware/kitchenware. Their advanced technology and distinctive styling combine to create cookware that’s simple to use and simply beautiful.

I loved the visual look of the Aeternum line and couldn't wait to see how it preformed in the kitchen.

The Aeternum is Italy’s number one selling nanoceramic nonstick cookware line. The highly advanced and easy to clean nanoceramic coating paired with the heavy-weight coined base provides excellent thermal properties and even heat distribution, so dishes are cooked to perfection every time. Users also love that it is eco-friendly-- PFOA free, and its nonstick coating is applied at a low temperature, leading to a lower emission of C02 into the atmosphere.

I forgot what it was like to cook with new cookware. I also forgot what cooking with a pan that was actually nonstick was like. I've friend cutlets, browned meats, created stir-fries and more in this pan. Everything cooks up even, nothing sticks to the bottom and washing this pan is like heaven. Who knew I could enjoy washing something when I didn't have to spend an hour with a Brillo pad trying to get all the stuck on food off the bottom. I've tried my fair share of non-stick cookware and never have I had a non-stick experience as I had with the Aeternum saute pan. You don't even need oils or sprays! Your food will literally just slip right off the bottom. Oh, did mention it's stain resistant as well!

My husband doesn't offer his opinion on much, but for a man who doesn't cook often, he has a very strong opinion on cookware. This is one of the main reasons we have yet to purchase a new set ( and yes he picked out our first set). He was blown away by the  Aeternum cookware and was further impressed with the price. Christmas has always been all about the children for us and we rarely purchase each other gifts. Instead after Christmas is over we go shopping for ourselves and for purchases we have wanted to make throughout the year. Our first purchase for the new year will now be the complete  Aeternum line. I can't tell you how excited I am to finally get new cookware. I have lost any joy I have ever had for cooking. My old pans are in such bad shape things are always burning, everything sticks, and I dread washing them. I'm thrilled to step back into the Kitchen with Bialetti!

Have a friend or family member that loves to cook? For the quality and price Bialetti offers you can not go wrong this holiday season or throughout the year, with the gift of Bialetti.

Buy It: Buy the 10 1/4" Aeternum saute pan for 24.95 at www.bialettishop.com, Bed Bath & Beyond and more

Win It: One Lucky winner will win a Aeternum saute pan from Bialetti!
