Put in crock pot then shred then freeze and you have cooked chicken ready all the time.
I was going to say the same thing that dani84m said! I put it in the crock pot (change my seasoning up a little each time), shred it, and freeze it! it's AWESOME!! thanks for the giveaway!
I have a family of 5 and we mostly eat chicken so this would be a great way for me to save on our budget meat wise!
I'd wrap some in plastic wrap and freeze, the thicker/heavier ones I'd make into cutlets and freeze. Some I'd use for Simply Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas(freezes well) And maybe some White chicken chili and chicken soups (noodle, rice, veggie)
I would make chicken noodle soup, fried chicken, baked chicken, grilled chicken, garlic chicken and if I can find a recipe, almond chicken.

We love teriyaki grilled chicken. I'm going to use them for incoming events.
We work in a seasonal business and money is hard to come by in the Winter. I would put the chicken in my deep freeze and use it throughout those months to help keep the grocery bill down!

My food saver would be working over time packing meal size portions to use when needed
I would divide the chicken in to 1 lb packages and put them in the freezer. Then I could take them out individually when I was ready for them. My husband has a wonderful orange chicken recipe.
I'd be cooking my favorite meal ALOT and that would be homemade cashew chicken! YUM!

I would definitely have to split it with a friend because I don't have the freezer space. But we use chicken a lot!
Let's see.... Some I'd bake, shred and freeze to make quick casseroles down the line. Some would be frozen as whole breasts. I'd probably make Indonesian Chicken right away. Not sure what else. So many possibilities. Some would go to my inlaws as well.
