There really is know wrong way to go about getting healthy and working out, in my opinion. As long as you are committing to the improvement and putting forth the time - I say have fun with it. Just be careful and make an informed decision. It's easy to get overwhelmed with all the options put forth to you - From slimming belts to weight loss systems like Sensa -
the choice is yours. I just suggest doing your homework first. Are you looking to lose a significant amount of weight, or just looking to tone up overall? Are you ab crazy like myself, and have to try the latest ab machine?
I have tried to find a good balance between my get up and go routines, and fun work out gadgets like an ab belt for example. Ab belts are placed around the tummy to tighten and tone. I have one that sends little electric impulses to the ab muscles, while my husband has one he wears at work that helps you sweat away the pounds while your moving. My home is filled with gadgets like these. I love to try something new. It keeps me excited about working out and keeps me motivated toward finding what will work for me.
With the kids heading back to school next week it's really time for me to start getting motivated again. I need to decided what the best plan of action is going to be, to regain some muscle tone lost this summer and just get in better shape all around. So how do you feel about working out? Do you have a favorite gadget, piece of equipment, DVD set that really gets you motivated? Are you like me do you try it all, or stick to what you know works?
