#BTS with The Tea Collection {Review & Giveaway}

Tea started out in 2002 with just three pima cotton sweaters and a vision of bringing a fusion of worldwide cultures and modern design to Children's Clothing .Tea designs distinctive apparel drew inspiration form travels around the world. Tea then interpreted their worldly discoveries into beautiful, modern and consummately wearable children's clothing for ages 0-12. In the fall of 2010 they branched out to a women's line. Their women's line is drawn from the same inspiration, being chic, modern and worldly.

Just in time for back to school Tea has travel to Mexico to bring back style inspiration of a culture filled with an explosion of color and rich in culture. I was very excited to have the chance to check out this collection first hand. I have had the pleasure of experiencing the  Tea collection before and was nothing but impressed. This fall their girls line is exploding with culture having a decidedly Modern Mexico accent. While their boys line is outfitted in super stripes and the magical spirit of Mayan jaguars!

What is really great about Tea's fall collection is you ability to mix n match pieces and buy an entire mix n match collection with one click of the mouse. We were sent samples from the boys line and girls. My daughter received two great dresses and leggings that could be paired with either dress top.


The Courtyard Tile dress is a pretty embroidered poplin dress, made from 100% cotton. Adorable paired alone of with leggings.

The Florez de Calabaza Dress (meaning squash blossom)  Is a printed shirting fabric with a slightly distressed look and relax fit. Also pairs perfect with leggings or can be worn alone.


My son recieved two tops both which coordinated perfect with a simple pair of pants. The Jaguares de Chipas Tee is 100% cotton with Chipas Futbol and the number 19 adorned on the front side. Perfect for play

The Equipo Nahual Graphic Tee is also 100% cotton. Featuring the Nahaul a magical human being with the power to tun himself into an animal! Unleash your inner Nahual with this fun tee.
To complete his look he was also sent the Surplus Playwear pants canvas pants built durable for playtime. Now he can look good on the go or just having some fun.
