Backyard Safari Outfitters - Have a Backyard Adventure Today

I've had the great pleasure of working with Backyard Safari Outfitters in the past. Well thanks to Team Mom I again was given the wonderful opportunity to check out some of their newest outdoor adventures gear.

Backyard Safari Outfitter creates the most imaginative products to turn your backyard into the ultimate safari for your child. Last review we checked out items like the bug vacuum, the Cargo vest and periscope. Well this year Backyard Safari Outfitters had brought the adventure to a new level with a Base Camp shelter, Camouflage Netting, Mega Magnifier and the Expedition two!

The Base Camp was so much fun, even I was a bit excited for this one. Whether hiking in the woods, camping in your yard, or setting up an indoor fort every adventurer needs a place to rest.

The Base Camp Camp Shelter comes complete with a field shelter standing over 40 feet tall and protecting your adventurer from any bad weather heading his or her way. Also included with this special edition kit came a collectible base camp iron on patch for the Cargo vest and pop-up field guide. With all the storage pockets found at base you will have plenty of storage for your Backyard Safari accessories like the mini lantern.

This was by far my children's favorite. I was a little slow putting it together and honestly got a bit frustrated. Once I figured out how the poles went, It went smooth. I would recommend building in a area with plenty of room.

The Camouflage Netting makes sure your adventurer won't be spotted! Hide day or night, rain or shine and blend in with the natural environment.

The Camouflage Netting is made of sturdy rip-stop nylon which stands up to bad weather. This netting is 5ft by 8ft and lightweight.

No adventurer would be complete with out a hiking stick. The Expedition Two helps you keep a steady foot on the trail and is useful for poking and prodding. It has a distinctive hand carved look on a natural looking walking stick standing at 48" tall. this stick includes two special iron on patches and Pop-Up field guide.

Last we have the Mega Magnifier - The largest field magnifier ever! Drop this lens into any water surface and check out the details. Explore creeks, ponds and more! The sure-grip handles let you focus from any angle, it also floats.

Buy It: Purchase these products from Summit Toys and at  Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, Barnes & Nobles, Amazon.com and Target.

Omgoodness...the hiking stick just seals the deal, doesn't it?

The man-child and his apprentice would absolutely have fits for this!

I actually don't think I'd mind making this type of purchase if it stood up to tornado season though???? We lose so many of our outdoor entertainment to sever weather.
