Beech-Nuts "Jar for a Jar" Promotion and Giveaway Closed

I've always been a proud supporter of Beech-nut. Beech-nut has been my choice in baby food for over 10 years now. Beach-nut has recently teamed up with ABC Family star and mom of two, Melissa Joan Hart, to encourage consumers to help fight childhood hunger by sharing a virtual jar of baby food through Beech-Nut’s “A Jar For A Jar” program.


No child should ever go hungry, and now with every virtual jar of baby food you share via Beech-nuts Facebook page, Beech-Nut will donate a jar of food to humanitarian and hunger-relief agency Feed The Children. The goal of Beech-nut is to be able to provide 1 million jars of food. Through social networking technology that most of use on a daily bases, we can now do some good. This campaign will allow Facebook users across the country to join in the effort to provide nutritional support to families in need.

The sad truth is The number of hungry kids in America is astounding and disturbing. By turning a Facebook distraction into a donation with A Jar For A Jar, people can take action with the simple click of a mouse. It literally couldn’t be any easier to feed a hungry baby.
