Tea started out in 2002 with just three pima cotton sweaters and a vision of bringing a fusion of worldwide cultures and modern design to Children's Clothing . Tea designs distinctive apparel drew inspiration form travels around the world. Tea then interpreted their worldly discoveries into beautiful, modern and consummately wearable children's clothing for ages 0-12. Only this fall of 2010 did they branch out to a women's line. Their women's line is drawn from the same inspiration, being chic, modern and worldly.
I was happy to get the chance to review for Tea, and decided to let Tea send me whatever they wanted. They had so many things I loved that the choice was to hard for me to make. So they sent a shirt for my son and dress for my daughter from their collection that was yet to be released.
My son was sent the El Toro Graphic Tee available in sizes Sm (6-12mo) to 11/12 yrs, from their Boys clothing collection.
El Toro strikes again, in a bullish short-sleeved graphic tee with a hand-drawn graphic, contrast side-stiching and illustrated patch on back. Imported.
100% cotton and machine washable.
What a really loved ( I feel like I just said this) was the weight of the Tee it was of a good heavy quality not the type of Tee that will be ripped in a week. The design was more unique and suited him well. He said it was really comfortable, and it seemed even as a heavier cotton very breathable, perfect for our Florida summers.
My daughter received a beautiful dress in a powder blue shade from their girl's clothing collection. I couldn't find the exact dress on their site because I'm not sure it has been released yet, but it was very similar to the Jardin Playdress.
It's a beautiful pull over play dress, light airy, and again perfect for or climate and she looks so adorable in it. She can wear it out to the store or to a function and still look as if she is dressed "appropriately" either way. As you may be able to tell she was happy to show it off!
Whether your looking or a gift, something more unique for yourself, or some quality children and babies clothing head over to Tea, they do not disappoint!
Buy It: Purchase the El Toro Tee for 25$ at http://www.teacollection.com/ I can't give a exact pricing for the dress, but similar dresses go for around $25.00 as well.
