Sweet and Simple- Luminess Air Review and Giveaway CLOSED

When it comes to makeup I am one of those people always on the search for newer and better. I am also one of those people who doesn't blend well, frequently over applies and has a daily eyebrows, skin, to eyes routine. Even sitting on the couch all day, I find something comforting in knowing that if nothing else for myself was done today, I can feel good knowing I look half way decent.

When I was giving the chance to review the Luminess Air Beauty System I was over the moon. Not to sound dramatic, but if you know me and my "makeup" then you know I was REALLY excited.

Let me first give you some insight on how Luminess Air and then I will tell you why I really loved it!

Now when my Kit arrived it came with: a quick instructional video, with tips on getting the best application. I recommend as does Luminess watching this short demo first. My airbrush system included 4 different colors of foundation,bronzer, glow, and blush. I also received an eye shadow kit in the shades I normally wear. Now you can choose light, medium or dark foundation. The foundation kit then includes a few shades of the color level. If you so choose you can combine colors to get a spot on match.

You know as soon as it arrived I had to try it out, right away! So I washed my current makeup of and got started. This system couldn't be easier to use. It's also one of those things the more times you use it, the more comfortable you get with it and the better you get it at the application process.

I plugged in my machine. Which by the way is very compact a great size for your bathroom vanity. Placed a few drops of foundation in and started. Now I was nervous but I think I did a pretty good job the first time, with the exception of over doing the blush. This and the eyeshadow were a bit harder for me to master since I had to concentrate on "one" area. But in less then a week I feel like a pro.

I love the soft feeling of the makeup. Your face isn't sticky, it dries quick, blends well since you can air brush almost anyplace. ( I would love to buy the tanning accessories!) and you don't feel like your wearing makeup. I was also impressed with the coverage. Like I said I wear a lot of makeup to cover a few freckles I have, and I hate my pores. I feel like they are huge!!! This did a great job at blending my freckles and was the first makeup to actually minimize the look of my pores.

So as you can probably tell overall I am super happy with this product! Refills cost no more then the average make up I use, and the kit is versatile allowing for you to upgrade by adding the tanning kit etc.

I don't really have any cons as long as you know what your doing you'll be just fine. If you over apply though you could wined up looking spotty. So watch the video and read the instruction book first.
