Pup Light Review and Giveaway CLOSED

Are you a night time dog walker? Or are you like me and let the dog out in the yard and then can't see where the heck she went..lol
I'm really great at this in the morning. Picture me at 5am *JUST woke up* trying to get the dog outside tied to her lead, which always vanishes in front of my tired eyes early in the Am. I spend ten minutes looking for the darn thing that is right in front of me!

Well Pup Light has come along and made my mornings a little brighter ( Yup pun intended)

So what is a Pup Light? Its a adjustable coller suitable for most dogs included with a extension for larger dogs. On the coller hangs like a dog tag, a bright, steady light. It's very bright and contains three LED's. It about the size of a small chicken egg and hangs from it's special elastic collar.

The Pup light requires 3 AAA batteries. I have to admit I had some trouble getting it back together after I inserted the batteries. After we got that all straightened out it was out the door for me and Bella (our Boxer) She was all lit up and ready to go!

I struggled to get a picture of her in it, once she is outside she is in constant GO mode.
It was great not only for her but for me..it was nice to see in front of us again. We live in an area with NO street lights so it's dark on these roads this is a great tool for cars to be able to recognize me and the dog are there as well.
We used the collar provided but the plastic attachment with light can be placed on many types of collars and the light can be angle to the position of your choice. Bella didn't mind the light one bit.

The Pup light is water resistant which is important for those wet nights and is made with a "fur guard" of sorts to prevent shaggy dogs from getting tangled in it.

Buy it: You can purchase the Pup Light at Puplight.com for about 20$ available in different colors.

wow... you took the words right outta my mouth! I hate putting our dog out at night because there is no light back there... It's hard to be patient when you have no clue what's taking him so long... *tugs blindly on the 50' leash to give him the hint...* This would be great!

This would definitely help us with our daily walks! We live in an apartment complex, and 2 of the walks are usually when it's still dark out! This pup light is great! We'd be able to see better and hopefully the oncoming cars would notice us too!

OK - this is definitely handy for night time walks - same as you - we don't have streetlights and Roxi is black so its good for her. Layla is mostly white and loves to attack lights that move (she's a jack russell but really acts like a cat at times) - so inside - it can be a toy for her - LOL

This would be a gift for my Mother-In-Law. She is 82 yrs old and has a little black long haired Dachshund. She is afraid to let him out at night because if you don't watch him he will take off running. During the day she can watch him, but at night, if he runs out of range, it's hard to see him to catch him. She calls us everytime she lets him out at night in case he runs out of range. Not much we can do (we live 45 min away), but she feels safer doing that when she lets him out. I think this would be the perfect gift for her. The dog will be able to go out more and she will feel safer letting him out without having messes in the floor.
