So what is Nab It all about? How do you play?
Nab It is another great challenging word game for 2-4 players ages 8 and up. It plays like a crossword puzzle of sorts. You link your colored tiles to create words crossword-style and then steal words from your opponents by stacking your tiles on top of theirs. Once your tile bags are empty you count up the words showing on the board the player with the most word showing wins! It's a kind of a switch up on the classic Scrabble. If you loved Scrabble this is definitely a game for you.
We enjoyed this game a lot and it still spark some "that is not a word" debates just like Scrabble. I had to google a few words to prove my point lol. My boys sat down and played a game together and I again was surprised at how far into the game they could get. Maybe by this point I should be giving them a bit more "game play" credit. It's nice to see them have fun with a game that is strengthening their reading and spelling abilities as well as providing them entertainment.
