Playskool Review

As a Mom, I for sure have a top 5 toy brands I love list. Take one guess who is right up there, that's right Playskool.
Playskool has been on this journey with me and my children every step of the way, providing us with quality, entertaining, and educational toys.
When I got the opportunity to review for Playskool I was super excited I knew we would love whatever they had in store for us.

My boys were each sent a Tonka Mod Machine ( Playskool and Tonka are divisions of Hasbro) and My daughter a Mrs Potato Head . Now were do I start...? First when the Mod Machine were mentioned, I was surprised because I was yet to hear of them. Of course now I see the commercial daily.
Let me tell you these are awesome! Besides awesome they were the perfect pick for my boys who range in age for 6 up to 10. They all loved and enjoyed these trucks.

What are Mod Machines exactly?
The Tonka Mod Machine allows a child to create and customize their own "monster truck" and when they are through they can take it apart and do it all over again. Mod Machines are available in a variety of truck styles suck as pick up trucks, haulers, 4 by 4's, Rock Crawlers, etc
All the trucks serve the same purpose but with different body sizes, parts, and styles.
"The DX9 Pickup for example, comes with parts accessories for you to configure just how you want. Add the street wheels for some “city driving” or add the off-road wheels for “adventure driving”. The brush guard and “light rack” are even interchangeable! When you’ve got your vehicle built, start cranking up the power and lift your speed mode for stability or lower it for increased speed. Either way, you and your customized vehicle have some awesome “drives” ahead of you!"

DX9 PickUp Set includes vehicle body, 4 street wheels with traction strip, 4 off-road wheels, interchangeable brush guard and “light” rack and TONKA tool accessories.

Talk about fun! Two things my boys love most trucks and taking things apart combined into one toy. They must have raced them down the driveway at least a hundred times.. NO LIE!

Now the Princess was sent a Mrs Potato Head which I just loved! We of course have had a few ( to say the least) Mr Potato heads but you can imagine how happy I was to have a Mrs Potato head in the home.
Mrs. Potato Head comes straight out of Toy Story 3 with her wild and wacky "celebrity" parts. You and your children can't help but love this classic. Of course the boys did try to demolish poor Mrs Potato head with their new trucks ( insert frown face here). Gia however loved creating the many different looks of Mrs Potato Head.

Potato body comes with one pair of lips, one pair of eyes, two earrings, one purse, one hat, one flower, one pair of glasses, one pair of shoes, two ears, one nose and two arm accessories.

Ages 2 and up.

Overall we were thrilled with the selections received by Playskool/Hasbro. The Mod Trucks are definitely an item I will keep in mind for future gifts seeing how much my boys enjoyed them. Mr. Potato head has always been a great gift choice and the Mrs Potato head is a great option for the Princesses in your life.

Buy it: Mod Machines can be purchase on average for 14.99 and Mrs Potato Head for 9.99 online and at Major Retailers

Great Review! I love that they have toys now like Mrs potato head so the girls don't feel left out!

Mr potato head was one of my favorites growing up and it's nice to be able to share toys with the kids that you played with as a kid! For such a simple toy it's made such a huge impression through the years!
