So up until about 1 mth ago, I feel like I was missing out. Missing out on what? On Tanner's Tasty Paste. Apparently Tanner's Tasty paste was even a feature on the View and I missed it.
So whats all the buzz about? Tanner's Tasty Paste is exactly what it says it is. It is awesome flavored toothpaste for the little people in our lives and well maybe the big ones to because I like it!
About Tanner's Tasty Paste:
Dr. Janelle Holden's love of dentistry began when she was just a little girl, dreaming of becoming a dentist one day.
Her career in dentistry started as a Dental Hygienist, working in a successful pediatric dental practice in Beverly Hills, California. It is here where she heard her calling; provide the best dental care for the most important patients, children.
Dr. Janelle Holden now has her own thriving practice in Manhattan Beach, California, devoted exclusively to the treatment of children, from infants to teens.
By working with children everyday, Dr. Holden has learned which flavors children respond to best when using toothpastes and prophy pastes. This understanding of children's favorite flavors has lead to the development of the Tanner's Tasty Paste line of toothpastes for children. If children enjoy the flavors of their toothpastes, it is likely they'll brush better and more often. And, if they brush better and more often, they'll have fewer cavities!
I have to say that last statement couldn't be more true. I am a little embarrassed to admit it but my children like most HATE brushing their teeth. Their reasoning is because the toothpaste is "Too Spicy".... Now I have tried the 3 "kid friendly flavors" around and well they were not a big hit either.
When a friend told me about Tanner's I figured I didn't have anything to lose by trying it. She said they had awesome flavors kids loved Like vanilla Ice cream (aka Banilla Bing) and chocolate ice cream (AKA Cha Cha Chocolate). At first honestly I was very unsure of these flavors in relation to teeth brushing, but said what the heck if the kids like it..
We received a tube of Cha Cha Chocolate, BlingSicle ( orange & Vanille ice cream flavored) and Baby Bling. The kids were willing to give it a shot and seemed a little excited about it. So I figured I had to give it a shot as well. My kids and I both reacted the same..MMM.. I was shocked how much I actually enjoyed it..It was "Tasty"
In all honesty since it arrived they have asked to brush their teeth a few times a day everyday. I have to keep telling them they do not have to ask to brush.
Even Miss Gia has fun brushing and learning a good habit young with the Baby Bling fluoride free paste. I am really happy I gave Tanner's A shot because it has really changed my kids brushing habits for the better.
The only Con I see is that I may be buying it more often due to the fact they actually are putting paste on their tooth brush and because I'm pretty sure they sneak tastes from time to time ;)
You can purchase Tanner's Tasty Paste online for 6.00 per 4.2 oz tube or 2.2 oz tube of Baby Bling.
