Schooooools Out For Summer...

So this is it, my last week of sanity. The kids last day is Friday, and for some dumb reason this week is all half days. So how do you keep the boredom from reaching that level of AHHHHHH for you kids? I am having a hard time with this. My kids also always seem to want what the other has. If one is happy playing games on the computer, the other is unhappy he isn't on the computer. This situation works with everything you can imagine. He is doing this, I want to do that. Let's do this, I don't want to do that.  Another downside is that Mommy don't drive... So we are housebound most of the time. Oh and I just don't drive, I never learned. I didn't do anything bad..if your wondering ;-) So...I've been trying to get them out and into the yard but it's so HOT out there, they don't last more then 20 minutes. I really can't blame them either, I usually am ready to get back inside by then as well. Are other issue is the arguing has begun to reach an all time high. Even my 2 yr old is getting in on it. One or two of them together on there own PERFECT. All of them together is Mom, Mom, Mommy,!!! He touched me, hit me, looked at me, talked to me, licked me... lol And it goes on, and on, and on, and on... sigh...
Well wish me luck, that time is almost here. I am excited on one hand to be out of work and get to spend my first WHOLE summer with them in a few years. Yet I am wondering if  I will make it with out losing any more of my sanity ;)
No matter what a summer spent with the family is never a bad thing..I am just curious what you do to help them with all he time on there little hands?

Oh and don't forget It is Follow back Tuesday. Stop by and check it out

Just throw sanity out the window and have fun. This coming from a mom who kids about using duct tape to keep them quiet....
Seriously, find free or low activities - we have free movies at a local cinema twice a week. Library trips, an outdoor mall has a water area where they can play...when all else fails duct tape comes in handy. :)

Do you have neighbors nearby? How about a playgroup? Have some friends over from time to time to break up the monotony. It will help!
